تركز الفئة السابعة على آليات التنسيق الوطني والإقليمي. وتشمل 4 مؤشرات لآليات التعاون بين أجهزة الشركة، ودور الإيواء، والمستشفيات، والمحاكم/الأجهزة القضائية، والوزارات والمجتمع المدني على المستوى الوطني، ومؤشرين اثنين عن آليات التعاون لإقليمية أو الدولية.

يوضع نقطة واحدة أو صفر لكلّ مؤشّر فرعي، والصفر يُعطى للبلد الذي لا يحقّق أو يستوفي متطلّبات المؤشّر الفرعي، والنقطة الواحدة تُعطى للبلد الذي ينجح بتحقيق ذلك.
